The Autonomous Municipal Government of La Paz has introduced the iGob 24/7, the first innovative electronic government platform in the region, developed with the goal of enhancing the valuable time of its citizens. This platform aims to modernize public administration through improved service optimization, easier access to information, and enhanced citizen interaction available around the clock, thereby fostering comfort, promptness, security, and trust.

Accessible on Android devices, iGob 24/7 offers a range of services from the convenience of your mobile phone:

• Health: Advance booking for medical appointments.
• Notifications Inbox: Users receive updates regarding the status of their submitted requests via the iGob 24/7 web platform.
• Request Tracking: Allows for monitoring all types of submissions and correspondence made to the Autonomous Municipal Government of La Paz.
• Real-time Waiting: Provides live updates on the status of assistance requests submitted at Integrated Citizen Service Platforms, alerting users when it is their turn while they wait comfortably.
• Civic Community: Facilitates community alerts to enhance citizen protection within shared communities or groups. Users can create a community where assistance is needed and invite friends to join by using the search option in community chat.
• Neighborhood Alerts and Panic Button: Enables users to raise alarms within their community once a Civic Community is established.
• Report Issues: Users can submit complaints regarding potholes, lighting, and traffic signals. Each request receives a tracking number for follow-up purposes.

To access all online services through the iGob platform, users must:

• Visit one of our Citizen Service Platforms located in Plaza Camacho, Calacoto, Sopocachi, Miraflores, or the virtual office at Palacio Consistorial for initial registration. Required documents include an identity card and a bill from a basic service (electricity, water, telephone, or gas).
• Accept the system's terms of use.
• Remember the assigned username and password.
